If you believe you have misplaced an item during your stay, please contact our Lost and Found department as soon as possible. We will make every effort to locate and return lost items, subject to availability and verification. Unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated to local charities after a specified period. We do not assume liability for items left behind after check-out, so please double-check your room and belongings before departure.

Both parties agree to participate in good faith in dispute resolution efforts before pursuing litigation. The venue for arbitration or legal proceedings shall be determined based on the jurisdiction governing these terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against MirageHotel. Individual claims shall be addressed through the dispute resolution mechanisms outlined herein.
